In the online shop, you can quickly and easily buy discount trips and period cards and top up travel funds from home. The more people who buy digital tickets in advance, the shorter the queues for the bus and the faster the journey. Great, right?

To be able to use the webshop, you need a bus card that you either bought on board the bus or at Skellefteå bus station. The first time you pay a fee of SEK 25 to get the card itself. Then you can return it and refill it continuously.

In the online shop, you first create a user and then follow the simple instructions. On the back of your bus card, you will find a number that you register to be able to top up the card with trips on specific lines or digital money in the form of travel cash that you can use on all our buses. You also add the payment card you want to use to pay for the trips. Upon registration, SEK 10 is deducted from the account to check validity. This is then automatically refunded within a few days. It takes a maximum of 3 hours from when you have loaded the card in the webshop until it can be used on the bus. The money is deducted from your account directly, but the bus card is only loaded when you use it on the bus (place it on the bus card reader). That is the reason why after 3 hours you cannot log into the web shop and check the bus card balance, it can only be done after the first "blip" on the bus.
