I have been charged to my card in the online shop, but don't see the money in your card. Why is that?

Leave the pets free of charge in the bus?
- Smaller animals safely placed in a bag/basket/box travel free of charge with a paying traveller. Keep in mind that the animal may not take up a free seat, but must be held on the lap.

How do I get my new card in the online shop?
You are going to your profile page on the web, and the record of the new number. What is true for me Färdtjänstkort?
The social welfare board has made the decision to experiment with the free bus travel within the city färdtjänstberättigade to expire 2019-12-31.

Allowed to left standing in Skellefteå, sweden, is the public Transport?
Yes, yes, of standing passengers are allowed, and, at peak times, an absolute necessity. Our services are approved for the position. I can pay for my trip, with cash on the bus?
Yes, for your own and our drivers ' safety, we do not accept cash in on the buses, but you are more than welcome to use the card, or pay by credit card.
My card does not work, on the bus, how do I do that?

How long is the transition of the bus?
Övergången gäller 60 minuter från första stämplingen på bussen. OBS! På enkelbiljett köpt direkt på bussen ingår INTE fri övergång. I alla andra biljettalternativ ingår fri övergång inom Skellefteå Lokaltrafik.

How do I get my items left behind?
Lost and found:

Saker som hittas i bussen vid städning lämnas till kontoret nästföljande vardag. När en månad har gått rensas garderoben och allt läggs i en säck märkt med aktuell månad. Säcken får stå kvar i trappuppgången en till två veckor så att resenärer kan leta. Efter det förs säcken till slutförvaring under totalt 3 månader. Som resenär har man fortsatt möjlighet att leta bland det upphittade, bara man vet vilken månad samt att man måste säga till då det inte finns plats att förvara allt i trappuppgången. När de tre månaderna har gått så skickas hela saker till välgörenhet, övrigt kastas.

Vi hanterar inte alkohol och livsmedel, det slänger vi direkt.
What is respect in the event of a disability?
The driver has a particular responsibility to ensure that passengers with disabilities will be on and off the bus. Travel guarantee and compensation

For journeys within Skellefteå Lokaltrafik, the law on public transport travelers' rights (2015:953) is applied. Assessment of compensation is based on how long the route of the vehicle you are traveling with has.

Delay compensation
If you are more than 20 minutes late, we compensate you through our delay compensation, where the refund of the ticket price takes place as below:

+ 20 – 39 minutes 50% of the ticket price for the journey
+ 20 – 39 minutes 50% of the ticket price for the journey
+ 20 – 39 minutes 50% of the ticket price for the journey

Possibility of other transport
If there is a delay or if a trip is canceled where you will be at least 20 minutes late to your final destination, you always have the option to arrange your trip yourself, with your own car, taxi or other transport and pay for it.
You can then subsequently apply for reimbursement for your expenses. You can do that further down on this page.

In the case of compensation for taxi journeys, the maximum amount is SEK 1,210 per receipt.
If there are several of you who share the cost of the taxi, you must pay separately and receive each receipt in order to be reimbursed.

In the case of compensation for your own car, compensation of SEK 18.50/mile is paid.
If you travel in your own car, the maximum compensation is SEK 1,210, regardless of how many people were traveling with you.

Once an application has been received, a thorough investigation is carried out via the tracking system to determine whether compensation is justified. Compensation is only granted after that.
You cannot apply for both compensation for delay and compensation for expenses.

Complaints and compensation:
We want to receive your complaint within 2 months of completing your trip.
If for some reason you were prevented from submitting your complaint within 2 months, you do so as soon as you can and explain in your application why you were not able to complain about the trip earlier.

Please note that the bus card number always needs to be entered if you traveled on a bus card.
Single tickets, taxi receipts or receipts for other expenses must be sent in original to Länstrafiken, see address above.

or call in your complaint (note: no earlier than March 2023 you can start calling in delay compensation cases that apply to Skellefteå Lokaltrafik).

Skellefteå bus does not reimburse any consequential costs in the event of a delay, such as parking fees for your own car, costs for missed doctor's appointments or lost income.



The travel guarantee does not apply to:
– Cases of Force majeure, that is to say, of delays, or the disruption of services caused by circumstances for which we have no control over it. For example, it may be extreme conditions such as snow, ice, accidents, major barriers as well as strikes and lockouts.
– Breakdown. We will offer a replacement vehicle as soon as is practically possible.
– A planned change, in the condition that the information regarding change has been given, at least four business days in advance.
